I’m a video producer based in London. I work across video, podcasts, and live events, and I tend to get involved in more than just the final output. A big part of what I do is figuring out how the whole process runs, so things don’t get slowed down by unnecessary steps or constant back-and-forth. Over time, I’ve ended up building simple systems around production. Nothing overcomplicated, just clear workflows, sensible structure, and a bit of automation where it actually saves time. The goal is always the same: keep things moving and make sure the end result is solid. I’m at my best in roles where I can take ownership of both the content and how it gets made.
